Encore.Org Private Screening

On January 29, 2021 Encore.org sponsored a lively Q&A following a private online screening of Light Years.

Encore.org is an innovative organization dedicated to nurturing intergenerational connections and “encore” careers and leadership mentoring.

The session, expertly moderated by Encore Fellow / journalist / writer Isabel González Whitaker, offered insightful questions, resulting in a rich, inspiring conversation. Attendees were engaged and loved the session.

Best of all, we included our special panel from the film: Paul, Dee, and from Anita’s family, we were joined by her daughter Gloria and granddaughter Anika (who wrote the film’s beautiful score).

Each provided reflections of being in the film, its diverse themes, and turned out to be the stars of the event!
